Love for Allah

The love of Allah Ta’ala and Nabi (صلى الله عليه و سلم) needs to be of such a level that it motivates us to live our lives according to Shariat and Sunnat. The love of Allah Ta’ala needs to override other loves, then, we won’t suffer depression and anxiety. The main worry of an Aashiq is that Allah must not turn against him. We should continue with our day to day activities but don’t break the command of Allah. When Hazrat Ka’ab bin Maalik رضى الله عنه stayed behind on the occasion of Tabook, he felt uncomfortable because he was left in an environment of hypocrites. We should search and remain in the environment of the lovers of Allah Ta’ala.
