A person, by doing the bare minimum(faraaid, wajibaat, etc.) and abstaining from sin, can get Wilaayat.
Nowadays so many sins are no more regarded as sins.
We have entered the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal and many Seerah Jalsas take place. It is important and virtuous to discuss the Soorat (description) of Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) but more important is to bring the Seerah and Sunnats into our lives.
